Welcome to FioTip, a digital platform operated by Octet Design Studio. (“FioTip”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and all related services, features, or content (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using FioTip, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please discontinue use immediately.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
1.1 Age Requirements
Use of FioTip by anyone under 13 years of age is strictly prohibited.
By using FioTip, you represent that:
- You are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or
- You have obtained parental or guardian consent to use FioTip, and they accept full responsibility for your activity on the Platform.
1.2 Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create a FioTip account. When doing so, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials; and
- Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not share your account with others or use another user’s account without permission. FioTip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in misuse.
2. Your Use of FioTip
2.1 Acceptable Use
FioTip is a community built on trust, respect, and the sharing of knowledge.
You agree not to post, upload, or promote any content that:
- Involves adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material;
- Promotes or depicts violence, drugs, or terrorism;
- Spreads political propaganda, hate speech, or extremist ideologies;
- Contains harassment, defamation, or discrimination against individuals or groups;
- Violates copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights;
- Misleads or impersonates another person or entity; or
- Violates any applicable law or regulation.
FioTip reserves the right to remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts that violate these standards, at its sole discretion.
2.2 Platform Integrity
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the FioTip Platform;
- Use automated tools, bots, or scraping technologies to access or collect data;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any user’s account or restricted areas;
- Use FioTip for spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity.
2.3 Community Conduct
FioTip encourages open discussion and collaboration, but users are expected to act respectfully. You agree to:
- Communicate courteously with others;
- Attribute sources correctly; and
- Refrain from personal attacks or manipulative behavior.
Repeated misconduct may lead to suspension or permanent removal from the Platform.
3. Your Content
3.1 Ownership and Responsibility
You retain ownership of all content you post or upload (“Your Content”).
By posting on FioTip, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and transferable license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and promote Your Content across our Platform and affiliated channels for operational and promotional purposes.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have legal rights to share Your Content;
- Your Content does not infringe upon the rights of others; and
- Your Content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.
3.2 Content Removal and Moderation
FioTip may:
- Remove, hide, or moderate Your Content if it violates our policies;
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly breach these Terms; or
- Disclose content when required by law or government authorities.
You may edit or delete Your Content at any time, but FioTip may retain archived copies for operational, legal, or security purposes.
4. Our Content and Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the FioTip Platform — including our software, design, text, graphics, brand assets, and trademarks — belong to Octet Design Studio or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- Copy, distribute, or modify our materials without prior written permission;
- Use our content to train or develop AI, machine learning models, or data-mining systems;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code; or
- Use our name or logo for promotional purposes without authorization.
5. Privacy

By using FioTip, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws.
6. Termination
You may delete your FioTip account at any time through your account settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
- You breach these Terms or our policies;
- Your behavior risks harm to other users or the Platform; or
- We are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease immediately. FioTip may retain specific data for compliance or legal purposes.
7. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Octet Design Studio, its affiliates, employees, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform;
- Your Content;
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws; or
- Your infringement of any third-party rights.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The FioTip Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- FioTip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, business interruption, or reputational harm;
- Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to stop using it.
9. Modifications to These Terms
FioTip may update these Terms periodically. If material changes are made, we will notify users through email, app notifications, or by posting a notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of FioTip after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
